Dear Yoti,

As someone who has never liked a picture of myself, I took a leap of faith and had maternity photos taken.

I was so overjoyed to be pregnant, and doubly so to be pregnant with twins, that I wanted every moment of this life-changing experience documented.

It was the best thing I ever did.

The photographs that you took actually show that joy and overwhelming emotion.  And as my husband said, I never looked more beautiful.

I finally was pleased with a photo of myself!

I still to this day cannot look at those photos without tearing up.
